Woodbury Management, INC., is a Michigan corporation, with its principal offices at 260 E. Brown Street, Suite 200, Birmingham, Michigan 48009. The company was formed in 1974 as the successor to Woodbury Management Company. a Michigan co-partnership, formed in 1968. Mitchell Bleznak is the majority shareholder and serves as the chairman of the company.

Woodbury Management's personnel are professionally trained in all facets of commercial and residential real estate management. Woodbury Management's commitment toward growth is evidenced by its investment in advanced property management data processing systems with a centralized style for its proficiency in preparing operating budgets, supervising construction repairs and improvements, analyzing real estate tax assessments, expediting tax appeals, and preparing applications and bid requests for casualty and liability insurance coverage. The company has met the requirements of the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD") and the Michigan State Housing Development Authority ("MSHDA") for approval as a management agent for multi-family housing projects financed through various programs sponsored by HUD and MSHDA,
